This luxurious retreat comprises of a number of former farm buildings that have been re-purposed, combined with Nordic minimalistic approach towards the architecture the internal spaces connect with their natural surroundings though the careful interventions of glass. The project is light, textured, sleek and timeless throughout. B3 lead the design of the Old Barn which is now home to the pool, sauna, gym, yoga and changing room facilities sitting alongside the on-site restaurant, members private lounge and outdoor courtyards.

Festa were instructed by the client to design, fabricate and install the architectural glazing elements both externally and internally on the project, which included specialist arched units. Festa offering a turn key service were integral in co-ordinating with the client, architect/ designer and contractor ensuring the project was delivered seamlessly and integrating our systems effortlessly into the fabric of the building.
